What’s new at the Greg Olsen Local History Room? We re-opened July 22, 2025 after a 3 year hiatus, and slowly making waves to bring the G.O.L.H.R into the 21 st century. We have many Social Media accounts…all can be found on our website: We have welcomed a few visitors looking for information regarding Ridgefield Park, NJ. We received a few donations, such as a vintage Varsity Jacket from the 1950s, a water color painting of Ridgefield Park High School that was located where Fellowship Park is today. We also just finished putting together our SECOND display upstairs!! Come by the Ridgefield Park Public Library to see it! Perfect theme for back to school. Why should you visit the Local History Room? We offer a lot of great sources for your project, whether for work, school or personal. We have an in house genealogist to help you with your family ancestry. We also have information about properties/homes in RP…Maybe even yours! Planning on coming in? Help us plan ahead for you...
